List View

You can create customized list views by pre-filtering the data you want to see. By applying filter conditions, you can display only the relevant records that meet your criteria. The list views you create can be shared with all users, or with specific user groups and roles.

Share Setting

You can choose who to share the new list view with:

  • Only I can see this list view

  • All users can see this list view

  • Share list view with groups of user

Default setting: Only I can see this list view.

FILTERS

You can view or add filters to be used in the list view, and also configure the logical operators between filters.

  • All conditions are met (AND)

  • Any condition is met (OR)

  • Custom logic is met

Default setting: All conditions are met (AND)

Add Filter

You can add new filter conditions to apply to the list view.

How to Configure a List View

🔻 Create a List View

  1. Click the title in the list view.

  2. Click the “New List View” button.

  3. Select who to share it with (Only me, specific groups and roles, or all users).

  4. Add the desired filters.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Click the list title again to view the newly created list view.


🔻 Pin a List View

You can set a specific list view as the default so that it always appears when the list screen loads.

  1. Click the list title to select the list view you want to pin.

  2. Click the 📌 (pin) icon to the right of the title to pin the list view.

  3. Once the pin icon is activated, the selected list view will automatically appear each time the list is loaded.
